Lady

To some extend, I have to agree women always think they are right..

Well, Whatever..!! Since they have special excuse once a month and almost all of them don't know how to control their emotion. The one who loses her temper easily during this certain period could only be grouped in 'gang of emo".

I found that ladies are likely to lose their temper during that certain period no matter how patient they are in their individual life.

Some even think that they have no wrong to behave rough because men should excuse them. Hmm.. why don't you murder your boss during that period and claim that you are having tough time?? Sounds ridiculous huh...

Ladies who are reading this, please control yourself even though you are in your menstrual period. We know you are having tough time but you are definitely making the people around you tougher.

I can only say

Do not affect other people because of your mood &
Do not lose your mood because other's mistake

A smile on your face could easily make everyone day better.

{ If you are a lady, and you feel so angry reading this, you should definitely hold your feelings and think back. We don't want anyone here to join 'gang of emo' now, do we?? }

:)

>.Blank.<

My mind goes blank. Time is near. Not packing yet. Lazy to do it!
My mind told me it feels helpless. Time is getting lesser. Not preparing yet. How to start?
My mind start wondering. Is it too long? 2 years. I have to stay.
My mind is empty now. It has been quite some time. Not update yet. Nothing to post!
Day left to fly: 5

My sister's a Freak~!!

Know What ?? My elder sister is a freak! CLEAN FREAK she is....

She can't stop doing housework like 'Nanley'(my grandpa's maid), whenever she is free at home..

Can you believe that she actually vacuum the house like, almost Everday?? Gosh.. I am sweating for her. Lucky her future husband will have a clean house and could save some pocket money from hiring a maid..

And my house is practically under Dust-Free Condition right now... Believe it or not.. I can even feel the scent of ~nature~ in my living room.. Darn.. My house has never been so CLEAN before! I will perhaps, have her to train my wife in the future..

I was actually going to post a photo of her cleaning the house but she kind of not wearing the right length and size of cloth at home so,.... you know, I don't want to cause anyone nosebleed.
....hehehe....

K.K. Day 2 -- Rafting

First of all, let me briefly describe rafting.

'' Rafting is a challenging recreational activity utilizing a raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water. This is usually done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water, in order to thrill and excite the raft passengers. The development of this activity as a leisure sport has become popular since the mid 1970s. '' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rafting

So, as we were back from Manuka Island that day, we got ourselves registered at Borneo Tour agency which involved water rafting on the next day. As beginners, we challenged the level3,4 rafting (turned out not even hard) cause the officer was insistent that my cousin and I look strong. Without much hesitation, we signed the package. (Note that if you are travelling in Malaysia, there is a special rate for malaysian. So be smart.)

There were 8 of us in a team. And, coincidentally, 8 of us are going to England. The boy in orange claimed he has got the conditional offer from Oxford University and his girlfriend happens to be firm to King's College London. See how smart they are eh??

I especially like this couple sitting beside us. ( Oh didn't I mention all of them are couple besides me and my cousin? This man thought we were couple too.. well yea, my cousin does look younger with that haircut) I learnt that Malay get offended if you use index finger to do pointing, and I could see this guy couldn't help it. His wife had to slap his finger whenever his index finger's up and forced hm to use the thumb. So funny..

So we took about 4 hours coach ride to the train station. Is this like the first railway in East Malaysia? and it looks like this!

Wow, that is really 'new' eh?? That British lady even asked me to take a photo of it as she has never seen this before in England. Another tick to Malaysia's technology. .. It's maximum speed is 30km/h, as we were told, so no worries if you miss the train, you can always catch up with it in a minute or so. *grin*

The full force of our rafting team! Pop that champagne we completed the 18km, 3.5 hours rafting, and no capsizing at all. The depth of the river is said to be 8m.

I really enjoyed it a lot. It was really fun, thrilling and full of excitement, though it's tiring. To those who haven't tried this before, please do it at least once in your lifetime. I would never hesitate to do it again in the future, the only condition is at the river with clearer water..

在过去的旅游里,我学习主动。毕竟身在他方,在人生地不熟的环境下,就得向人问路,跟其他同是旅游者谈话等。不过站在那里,我根本不想讲话,因为没有话题。拜托!我还没有加入你们这一行{ 那时心里只想着赶快把饭送完然后走人 }

不懂是我模仿他人还是怎样,我也顺手把饭盒从窗口传入给我弟,完全无视教师的存在(很无礼吧)。同时,几乎一半的学生都在注视着我。惨!抢了老师的镜头~ {暗爽}

终于,任务完成!

~What the heck~

I wanted to update more about my K.K trip but there are so many things recently happening around me which keep holding me back..

I really don't know what to do with this. It is definitely beyond my capability. I can only sit still and watch the elders. They are basically our only hope now! Hope, Faith, Power, Strength, Wisdom are with you guys.. Just Go for it, we have your back covered!

Don't forget, we have experienced this before.. We are so much stronger than before. So, Just Go!!

Keep praying, praying and praying.. Hope this will be over soon.

K.K. Trip Day 1 & Food

'o'yeah~ K.K is wonderful.

Again, this is also a last minute plan! It turned out really fun though. My cousin and I ! She likes travelling, and so do I.

I will of course start with the food again! I think K.K. is especially famous for seafood, so we did allocate some time to try out the seafood there on the last day. (Nothing special on the first few days though)
Fish Noodle. 4 stars

Steam Prawn. 5 stars

Steam ??Fish. It is a kind of Africa fish I guess.

--Day 1--

Manuka Island

This is a very pretty island. Absolutely Beautiful. It is only about 40mins boat ride from K.K Jetty. We took off from the jetty at 10 and arrived there around 1040. It was a old fashion kind of boat with motor installed, so it's fun to ride on it. The splashing and strong wind hit on my face actually made the whole journey-feels stronger. Yes, I'm on vacation!!

As the boat was approaching into the island, you could roughly see the pretty structure of it. Man, I was completely drown in it's beauty when we arrived, and before I actually stepped on it. Really... Gosh!

Take a look at these photos!! Fishes everywhere at where we landed. They are really pretty! Not afraid of human, cause we like to feed them! :) I just can't think of a second where cameras stopped snapping! Some even have this water-proof camera where they shot underwater..

The seashore was filled with hordes of tourists! They were either snorkelling or sun-bath! The island is also a good place for sea sports. Riding on Banana Boat, SeaWalking, Diving etc. [Something which cannot be done in Kuching Damai Beach]

I didn't bring along changing clothes so end of story! No play, no gain, only pictures! Crappy! So we kind of walked around the whole island and discovered every single area.'' What else can we do? ''

So, I think I should definitely go back again some other day. Holding a Borneo Tour in UK is what I have in my mind right now, so hang on in there my future friend!!!

until we arrived the edge of the cliff.. [Nice View behind] and took several photos

after that, we walked back and head to the other side, till we reached the end....
.

after everything, we headed back to the registration counter to sign off. We were quite disappointed we didn't get to see a lot of monkeys.

My Last Vacation

So I was thinking I should update my last vacation at KL & Penang now before I fly off for another one ( which is on this coming sunday *excited**grin* )

The first day and the last two days were KL. Besides the National Zoo that we planned to visit but failed, it was mostly shopping. I think most of you have been to KL so I will not further writing about it.

Penang, isn't it like divided into two? I guess so. Georgetown and Butterworth. I went to Georgetown, the one on the island. Penang is windy and hot but beautiful. The people there are generally friendly, although reckless drivers are everywhere on the road. I felt my life was at risk riding on a car at Penang. The driver never bothers to watch the traffic when they are turning out to the main road. It's kind of thrilling if you want to enjoy some traffic exitement!
The first thing that caught my eye when I was about to landing was the buildings. Sure there are a lot of tall buildings in Penang, mostly old apartment. Penang International Airport is just like our Kuching International Airport. You don't have to travel 1-2 hours to get to the City Centre, which is good and saving time. The main differences are the terminal building of the airport is very old and it is really INTERNATIONAL. (unlike the one in Kuching, barely see any international flight). My sister said there is even direct flight from London to Penang. Isn't it International now? *wow*

this is shot opposite Gurney Plaza

Despite the delicious and tasty Penang food, the scenic spots are also one of the major tourist attractions. We hired a local tourist guide to bring us around the island. He brought us to Botanical Garden, Spice Garden, Butterfly Farm, Fruit Farm, Kek Loh Si Temple and Snake Temple.

We were especially amazed about the Canon-ball tree that we found at Botanical Garden. Man, never did I know that there is such spectacular plant in the world. Looking at all the different plants in the garden makes me think how creative our God is.

The row of buildings above are one of the most outstanding building along the way to Spice Garden. The structure of the building and it's artistic look are what make it so appealing. I was thinking if it is an apartment, maybe I could own one next time and make it my personal villa at Penang. *Grin* And not to forget Georgetown is on the island, so you could actually enjoy the beautiful scenary by the sea.

Botanical Garden~

I never knew that Nangka could grow that large!!

Butterfly farm. A must go place at Penang
And finally, I should thank Leong(no photo) for lending us her apartment. It was cool. She had been a nice company throughout our trip at Penang. Cheers~

Exactly a month

Thanks to July I have 31 days left in Kuching. As dad and I were talking in the car just now, he said 'so you guys are already on plane now by next month.' And yeah, exactly a month I replied. His voice filled with sadness and missings made my heart heavy, but I know he is more excited than anyone else as his children are all ready to fly from the nest.

Time has never passes so fast as it is right now. I am already starting to miss my family. I am not sure if I am ready to leave at the moment cause after this step, God knows when I will get to meet them and enjoy the gay-ol family time again. But thanks God they are coming to UK next year around June for my elder sister's graduation. And then we could have our vacation elsewhere in Europe. Hehehe

So I have started doing planning and preparing stuff that I need in UK. It has never been fun going shopping, especially when you like a thing extremely much but the price just hold you back in less than a second. Besides, without knowing much about the trend in UK, I am a little bit confused about choosing the shirts and stuff. Thanks to my sister who has been helpful on that. My two other cousins who are in UK have been really helpful too at giving me advice and suggestion about life in UK.

Leaving my home sweet home to go to an exactly different world is not easy. But I am sure it is a must-do thing in my life. It is like a critical moment when we grow up, learn things and to be independant. After all, the experience we gain and all the priceless virtue is all that matters. Till then, the smile on ones face simply get the payback done.

As I am typing this, time is already passing without anyone's notice. When the clock strikes 12, which is only a few minutes there, it will make me only 30 days left in Kuching. Or maybe less if we cut off the vacation I am going which is still on hold.

Cheers.

Food Comes First!

Let's start with the food ! We had been crazy finding the typical food in Penang and KL. It's pity that I was too excited to trying out the food and forgot to take pictures of them. These two photos above were the only ones that I managed to shoot. Crap :< style="font-size:85%;">{photo on the left}

Later in the evening, we had our dinner in a famous Hawker Centre by the 'forgot' street. One of the best one was 'La La' (a kind of seafood). The local were surprised that we didn't know La La when they were promoting their goods. Thanks to Aunty Amy we had the opportunity to try out this mysterious creature.
Believe me, it is GOOD! :) The photo on the right says it all ! 4 stars rating! :D

[ The 醉酒鸡肉/汤面?behind Bukit Bintang street is not recommended! Though it was on the newspaper, and was labelled on the walls at that store. It is super expensive!!! I think they put a lot of red wine in the soup, which makes it costly, and of course not very nice for me. ] {bad impression, not to mention how dirty the store is}

Finish KL, and here comes Penang food !
Penang Asam Laksa, Penang Cha Kueh Tiaw, Penang Chendol, Penang Prawn Noodle, Penang O-Jian.
These are the highlight! Man, the thought of all that delicious food made me salivate. No doubt I have to rate them 5 stars, except for Penang Prawn Noodle due to the small prawns.

I will no further describing these food and therefore trying to get the photos from my cousin. Let the photos speak themselves!!

Penang Chendol
Penang Asam Laksa
醉酒鸡肉/汤面?

Yum.. Yum....

Kch > KL > Penang > KL > Kch

So I was on trip to west Malaysia with my sister and cousins. After we got our stuff sorted out the first day in KL, we flew to Penang immediately on the next day. We spent about two days in Penang. Back to KL again, we did some shopping and of course, eating out the 'highlighted' food at some well-known hawker centres.

I just came back last night. I will try to update more about the trip soon. Cheers~
